What You'll Do (Every Day):

We’re looking for licensed closers anywhere in the U.S. to sell Texas-based policies remotely. Whether you're in Dallas or Denver, if you're licensed in Texas and can close on the phone, you can win here.
What You'll Do (Every Day):
- Call warm, inbound leads (no cold prospecting)
- Quote policies in real time for Texas clients
- Close deals—often on the first call
- Hit monthly targets tied directly to commission bonuses
What We Look For:
- You follow through: no dropped balls, no excuses
- You improve weekly and are open to coaching
- You’re goal-driven and unafraid of tough conversations
- You treat clients like family and lead with value
- You use setbacks as fuel—not excuses
Requirements:
- Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required)
- Must reside in the United States
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus, not a must
- 1+ year of sales experience required (insurance, call center, or high-volume inside sales)
- Home office setup: reliable Wi-Fi, quiet background
Pay + Benefits:
- Top reps earn $100K–$150K+
- Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses
- Base salary for licensed reps

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
