You’ll Fit If You:

Are licensed in Texas (P&C)
Have 12+ months of experience with billing, claims, or renewals
Move faster when it’s busy
Want clients asking for you by name
You’re organized, clear, and fast on the phones
Speak Spanish? You’ll help more clients

What You’ll Actually Do:

Solve billing + policy issues fast, across 30–50 daily calls, emails, chats
Track and beat metrics (resolution time, satisfaction, follow-up rates)
Join weekly coaching—cross-sell, retention, and communication
Spot broken processes and help fix them

Pay + Perks:

$45,000 base + monthly bonuses (top reps earn $60K–$70K)
Health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)
Monday–Friday only. No late nights. No weekend shifts.
Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
